Lectures & Workshops
Interactive lectures and workshops on mental skills, communication, leadership and performance under pressure.
Designed around a real performance problem
A useful workshop starts with a situation participants recognize: difficult feedback, pressure before a presentation, conflict between teams, decision fatigue or inconsistent execution.
Short concept, immediate practice
Participants learn a compact model and then use it. Practice can include paired conversations, case decisions, pressure simulations, reflection prompts or designing a personal routine.
Make transfer visible
A workshop should end with a small number of behaviors participants can use at work. The transfer plan names when the behavior will be tried, what will trigger it and how the team will review whether it helped.
Formats
Sessions can be designed for leadership groups, project teams or broader audiences. Topics can include mental control, peak performance, interpersonal communication, exceptional management and practical emotion management.
